For now, I just have one thing here, but I like it!
-Edit- I just added some art room sight words + elements and principles.

This is a 3 page PDF ( Hi-res PDF and Reduced file size PDF) that will let you set up your very own glue E.R. I have 4th and 5th graders help with this when there is a free moment. (There are free moments sometimes!) It's pretty self-sufficient. When younger students come to me with a clogged glue, I tell them to put it into the hospital. My hospital is set up with a laminated set of instructions, some q-tips, a ziplock full of those non-q-tips that some teachers use to paint pointillist dots - the stick ends are the perfect size to unclog a glue hole. The only help the 4th and 5th graders need is a demonstration on how to pry off a glue cap, (video at link) and how to get it back on again. I usually set a limit of 3 helpers/surgeons.
Here is a very short video clip with a close-up of how to open and close glue for your littlest friends.
